Laptop screen recording

Laptop's displays of each participant are recoded using HRT-VHD 180 converters and an IEI IVC-4300 card. The converters transform the VGA signals from laptops into video signals while the IVC card compress the channels for the hard drive. The video acquisition is trigged by the MIDI Time Code ( section 9) but since that the HRT-VHD 180 converters do not have a connection to the blackburst synchronization, precise calibration cannot be guaranteed during the recording. A solution to that point would be to perform the laptop screen recording with Epiphan VGA2USB devices and to timestamp each frame with the MIDI timecode.
