André Rabello Dos Anjos, new Idiap postdoctoral researcher

In June 2010, André Anjos will join the team to work on the “Anti-Spoofing in Face Recognition” project.

André Anjos started studying electronics and computers in 1994, when he joined the Electronics Engineering School (http://www.del.ufrj.br) at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro  He obtained a Ph.D. in Signal Processing in 2006 with a work on High-Energy Physics Particle Detection using Neural Networks. In 2004, he joins CERN, Switzerland to work on the development and construction of the Trigger and Data Acquisition systems of the ATLAS Experiment. His domains of interest are pattern recognition and applied computing.
