Histogram of Orientation Shape Context

This code is a matlab implementation of the Histogram of Orientation Shape Context (HOOSC) [1,2] descriptor.

HOOSC was proposed as a local shape descriptor for analysis of ancient Maya hieroglyphs [1]. The experimental results described in [2] was produced using this code. The initial code was written by Edgar Roman-Rangel et al.
