New opening for an Internship position on Machine Learning for Motion Capture Human Sequences
The Idiap Research Institute seeks an intern, for a period of six months, to work on novel machine learning techniques applied to motion capture sequences.
The student will develop new machine learning algorithms modeling short human motion capture sequences. Each of these sequences corresponds to one or several actions such as walking, running, laughing, jumping, etc...
The goal is to cluster similar pieces of sequences together, by leveraging both the motion capture machine learning model, and loose text labels available for each sequence.
Skills: Candidates should have a good background in maths (probabilities and linear algebra), and excellent skills in C programming.
