1. ACTIVITY OVERVIEW

Definition of use case scenarios, devices and database specifications.

2. DESCRIPTION OF 3 MONTH ACTIVITY
========================================================================

Several use case scenarios have been discussed during the Avignon meeting.
The first phase of MOBIO data collection has been also specified.

**Device**

- Device scope has been limited to those which have a frontal camera
- EPM will examine currently available devices and propose the most appropriate device(s)



**Database**

- Will consist of 2 phases, the first phase will collect only client data
- Phase 1 of the database will be captured from September 2008 until March 2009
- Database recording methods discussed at Avignon and a preliminary plan to be proposed
- Draft consent form, for database collection, will be distributed to the partners collecting data
- All partners (except EPM and IDEA) to present a list of volunteers/participants for database recordings (30 participants for IDIAP, UNIS, UMAN, BUT and 20 participants for OULU, LIA)



**Use Cases**

- Use cases discussed at Avignon and a list given to EPM for further input
- EPM to present a shortened list of preferred use cases to be discussed
