This file provides annotations for various rare or unusual events occuring in the scene.

There are mainly four categories of abnormal/unusual events: 
Event A - car stopping after the stop line
Event B - people crossing the road away from the zebra crossing
Event C - Jay Walking
Event D - car entering pedestrian area

Note that it is difficult to provide annotations at frame level resolution. 
Therefore, we provide annotations at a second level resolution in min:sec format. 

The start and end times of the event and the event labels are given below.
The events include both the start and end times. 
Corresponding frames can be obtained by the expression:  minutes*1500 + seconds*25
In practice the events start from and end at one of the 25 frames of the sec given in the times below.
