I work within the Speech and Audio Processing group at Idiap Research Institute as an intern under the supervision of P. Garner. I simulate computational models of spiking neural networks for prosody synthesis learning. The choice of spiking network models fall within the willingness to develop physiologically plausible systems. My work focuses on learning the voice's fundamental frequency which is directly related to intonation, a main component of prosody.
Graduated from Physics at EPFL, I specialized in Computational Neurosciences. I acquired extended knowledge in the biological modeling of neural networks and their learning mechanisms.
