Short biography

I am a research assistant in the Computational Bioimaging group at Idiap Research Institute. I am enrolled as a PhD student in the EDEE doctoral program of the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL). I am supervised by Dr. Michael Liebling and Pr. François Fleuret.

My research is focused on image processing for 3D microscopic imagery. I work on both the acquisition device and the numerical algorithms to improve the image quality and solve issues related to multimodal imagery (combining SPIM, OPT and holography).
